Why do I have a penis with cracks?

For months I have this in the glans and I do not know what it is or how to solve it, I saw once it could be by the use of soap in the glans or a lot of masturbation. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?File size is too bigimageimage

alot of men have that its not a cause for concern and there isnt really any fix for it some men naturally have a cracked appearance

dry masturbation etc , you can use coconut oil etc natural moisturizer etc , in general . to smooth it out . there are also specific products

Both Kim and John are right - however when you mentioned soap this is the number one enemy of healthy skin on the head and foreskin of the penis.
I cannot tell from the photos whether you have had a partial circumcision or if you have a fully intact Foreskin?
Long-story short - when we are born the vast majority of us have fully healthy skin on the head and foreskin of the penis. We are then exposed to chemicals, such as soap and other forms of body wash, such as shower gel. Over a period of years this eventually dries out the skin, particularly on the head of the penis, which, other than the eye lids, is the most sensitive skin to chemicals that are placed on it on a regular basis.
You can help your penile skin to become more healthy by only using water to wash it with and excluding contact with any soap and other forms of body wash as far as you can. If you are not circumcised, when you get in the shower draw the foreskin as far forward of the head of your penis as it will go. Wash everywhere else on your body and fully rinse. Expose the head and inner-foreskin and use the running water only to clean the tip area of your penis with and rub with the inside of your hand.
When you get out of the shower the entire penile skin must be completely dried so that ant moisture is excluded as this too can be an irritant.
As John states, liquid coconut oil (for skin not hair) is a natural moisturiser - you can give your inner-foreskin and head of your penis a very light coat of the oil after taking a shower and fully drying yourself.
Coconut Oil is also a good lube for masturbation, again only a light coating is required. Be warned coconut oil and the majority of condoms do not go together as it will disintegrate the condom - it can be used as a lube for sex if you do not use condoms.
Be warned: even if you do ALL of what I suggest you are unlikely to see any real difference in the appearance of the skin on the head of your penis. Once you have skin like your’s is now it takes a great deal of the right things done constantly to make the skin healthy again, and I am certainly talking about a year +. As Kim states, many men have a penile appearance as you have - and in that way it is quite ‘normal’ - but as I say, if you want your penile skin to be as healthy as possible you need to put in place all the things I have suggested.
