Every morning I wake up with a trembling feeling inside. It's really horrible. Feels like I going to hsve a panuc attack.but I control it. Anyone else hsve.this feeling. Could it be anxiety or dome physical.thing. Hhelp
Please take a look at what medicines you're taking Jennifer. Many of them cause just what you are describing: Increased anxiety, panic attacks, depression, ect... And the Benzodiazepines especially klonopin, Xanax, Ativan are notorious for actually increasing anxiety, panic, depression when taking them so please be
very careful when going on an anti-anxiety medication because for one they are extremely addicting causing much more harm on down the road when you ever try to get off them because it is literal Hell doing it.
I hope you are feeling better.
I am not taking any anti depressants or benzodiapines. The only tablet I take regularly is candesartan for. high blood pressure. And perhaps paracetamol now and then. I hsve diazepam in the cupboard for anxiety but take them very rarely. I have just had to come off meds for hep c due to the terrible side effectS. I can only think that the panic is due to that.
Hello Jennifer
Yes, I have experienced exactly what you describe. I believe it is caused by anxiety, which in turn is caused by something in your life that is making you feel stressed/depressed.
I've had several episodes in my life, of waking early and feeling churned up inside, and my hands shake slightly, and I feel over whelmed. Typically, it gets better if I make myself get up and get a shower, etc.
you may just have GAD. Try taking paracetamol.
Is there a brand name for paracetamol? I don't know what it is. I can't imagine having anxiety that's wasn't caused from taking Klonopin. Because every shred of my anxiety stopped when I stopped taking it and my life has improved 100%. I do hope you find out whats causing you so much grief.
Paracetamol is just paracetamol. It is a painkiller. Its one of the most widely used painkillers in the UK and the safest. I think my panic attacks are due to the sx of the hep c meds I was taking. I had to stop them because of the panic attacks. I have not hsd a attack since Christmas.eve.but wake early with sort of butterflies in my tummy and dry mouth anf shaky hands.

worth a try? no side effects of taking paracetamol/tylenol/acetaminophen.
Recently I went to the Dr because I havn't been feeling well he said that I have high blood pressure. So now im on blood pressure meds. But also I wake up and I have this weird trembling and my hands shake a little and it continues off and on through out the day.It has terrified me and I don't know what is causing it.I have never been sick like this before .
Jennifer,
Are you still feeling this way?
I have the exact same feeling ......every morning for the past 2 months I feeling a shaking feeling inside my body all over, it happens for the first 30 minutes right when I get up and open my eyes .
I am wondering if it ever when away ? Did you ever figure out what was causing it ?
I have the same feeling exactly , every morning on waking
My body feeling like the inside is shacking for 20-39 minutes
Did you have it prior to taking the blood oressure meds. Anxiety can do that as well. Also sugar levels can do that. Maybe have a high protein snack and a banana before bed and see if that does anything. during heightened state of anxiety i have experienced that.its almost like a half anxiety attack exoerience. Im just surprised the blood oressure meds arent removing that symotom they have the ability to do that with certain symptoms. Feel better.
Take your blood pressure when this is happening. Im curious if its from the meds and you are maybe low blood pressure in the mornings. Then you can call your doctor and ask for advice if that is whats happening.
I have been taking blood pressure meds for years and the trembling or shaking inside started a couple months ago , I am also take allopurinol for high Uric acid . As far as sugar levels my doctor recently said my sugar levels were high that I am pre diabetic
Max you need to call your doctor and tell him about you awakening all shaky. This needs to be addressed. I wrote on your discussion as well.
Was just awaken shaking thid had happen to me several times in the past i was wondering if ot has anything to do with my chemotherapy treatments
I was hoping this was more recent than 10 months ago! As I wake up in the morning I have a very shaky internal feeling. The only prescrition I uase is a designer hormone ...coffee ...and too much salt. The last time I had this feeling was during menopause. HELP
Hi Georgia,
I'm wondering how you're feeling lately? Has this resolved itself? I have been dealing with this for a couple weeks and I see your post is the most recent. I hope you're doing well and wondering what you've done for relief.
Thanks!
