Nate, were you circumcised as an infant? has a doctor checked this for you?
I think much of what you see is naturally present on the head of your penis, perhaps long-term exposure to soap and other forms of body wash are making what is there anyway, really noticeable. If you were circumcised early in life this will not be helping the situation either …
yes i was circumcised as an infant. i cant afford health insurance and i somehow dont qualify for help either, so i have not been to the doctor.
i experience no pain, just noticable. i dont know if its normal or what. most women want answers for why it looks the way it does
Okay I will try to get someone to give a professional opinion on this - they will reply to your Forum Post here, but this may take sometime.
What you need to do is to start doing your penis some big favours and the essential one is that you do not expose the skin on the head of your penis to soap and any other forms of body wash including shower gel.
If you shower regularly this may be difficult to achieve, so do not apply soap and suchlike directly to to your penis - wash everywhere else first then fully rinse. Then spend sometime rinsing your penis, and in particular the head area just using the running water and rub with the inside of your hand to clean the surface of your penis.
