What do you see as a problem. To me it looks fine.
If it is a little dry use some coconut oil. Never use any soap when you wash that can make it dry. The penis skin is very thin and if you use any type of soap you will take the oil out of it.

thanks a lot Mr Kenneth for your information, but what I’m actually worried about is that dark ring in the middle of my penis and if there is any way to get that portion of skin a little clean and light or i can’t , looking forward to hearing from you

That darkened area is normal, it is not dirty or unhealthy. Sometimes parts of our skin change color as we age.
Like Brad said That is normal. Are you circumcised. That is the circumcision line It is suppose to be like that. Don’t worry about it.
Just enjoy your life. Most men have the same when they are circumcised
