I can feel pain in my right hip when I put my right foot on my left knee. It has been more than one week already. I sit in front of computer playing PC games almost every night for average 4 hours in my bedroom with air con and short pants. Is this one of the reason causing my right hip hurting? Should I see an orthopedist? Western or Chinese?
More information needed to start to make any sense of this?
Did you have a total hip replacement and if so:
When?
What approach. Anterior, posterior or other?
How old are you?
How fit are you?
Anything else in your medical history that could have a bearing?
How well and how far and fast can you walk?
Cheers Richard
If you cross your legs then you can get a dvt and poor circulaton need to the legs straight and walk around at periods
No I don't have a total hip replacement
One week ago
I don't understand what approach you mean

No
I sit in front of the computer mostly. I move around my house by walking up and down stairs. I jogging for 10 minutes 4 times a week.
Dude!
Do some better exercise for a start!
Make sure full body flexibility is core to your routine.
Try yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi. Watch some stretching videos for free on YouTube.
What else do you do, aside from 4 hours spent gaming? Work at a desk?...sat down? Student at a desk?
Get out more. Have more fun.
If you spent 4 hours on your health rather than gaming, I suspect your hip might improve.
Otherwise, go to a doctor, an orthopaedic specialist, rather than a forum to get a diagnosis.
