I had my perforated gall bladder removed by open surgery in May 2107. I also had sepsis in all my organs as a result and developed PTSD. Before op I weighed 14 and a half stone, after leaving hospital I weighed 13 and a half stone and after roughly 3 months I weighed in at 15 and a half stone and cannot fit into my clothes. So in June 2018 I started going to the gym 3 times a week but my weight has not changed and I am still roughly the same size although some of the surplus fat appears to have dropped down in a small layer below my navel which would give the impression I am still putting on weight whilst physically losing it from working out! I am a 75 year old man and am beginning to wonder if something else is going on internally..... Starting to get really worried.
Ronnie
