why singing( heavy metal and harsh singing ) cause swollen lymph nodes?

why singing cause swelling in lymph nodes ?

im a heavy metal vocalist and recently experienced it two times in two month 

its so small and is in front of my ears , near my beard

You could have some type of infection causing them to swell, best to get this checked out.
