Wierd bumps on my vagina.. could someone tell me what they could be?

FIRST i had small balloon like bump on this area then i added apple cider vinegar and the area turned white but didnt stay white.. then i had sex last night and i noticed that the bumps are much smaller but they are white now. is this HPV or VP or some kind of sore for having sex a lot? im really worried and im thinking of taking pap test soon. please someone tell me what this could be. its like the bumps are changing all the time theyr size and color etc.. is it normal? File size is too big

if you suspect that there may be a teeny chance you have contracted an STD…
