My story I started power walking and becoming obsessed about being thin fit and healthy, pounding the streets passing miles of traffic as I felt like a true Athlete
Pounding with sweat and beating the clock made me feel on top of the world
In January this year I Los my balance just slightly and its December and anything to do with my legs is a living hell
I get spamsm suddenly, can feel the pulse at times so definite in my legs
I get tingling all down under the skin
When I get up in the morning and off long journeys their so tight I feel im walking like some Robot instead of a human being
It's sometimes feels like a marathon just putting the right leg foward then the left leg
To walk from aisles to aisles in a supermarket is an ordeal
Everything is just so difficult im only a 38 year old young man and sometimes wander how long I can cope with this
I just want to walk pain free and get rid of the incredible tight legs, their so locked and stuff it's unbearable
I've been for X Rays, neurology and much to my dismay 5 different Pysiothreapist with not much conclusion from anyone or whatever it is
How can something so small injury in January cause a year of hell
I just want to be a normal human being again instead of feeling I should be in a wheelchair
Im desperate to get fit and miss that Europhic feeling
As mad as it may sound I want to go back to Zumba and Aerobics I know people say that's high impact but I loathe weights cycling or swimming
Im just forcing these legs to work, if I force them like a friend things could I loose the use of them forever??
If Anyone out their knows any CURE, anything to walk pain free, to walk without popping and to walk without feeling your on a leash and your legs are pulling you back to halt to a standstill I'll be eternally grateful
