Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had success in taking probiotics to prevent outbreaks ? Sometimes when i get an outbreak I end up with a yeast infection, and I am so tired of thisso I am trying to look for solutions . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
usually yeast infections cause outbreaks. have you tried boric acid? its amazing, i take it to avoid bv which makes me have an outbreak
