Went to doctor today in Dallas, Texas. He and his assistant were both rude. Had surgery 4 weeks ago and told him
my hand till tingles. He said it may take a year to be good again!! Had cIarpal 20 yrs ago and when surgery was over, my hand never hurt again!!! I cannot stand this for a year!! hat can i do?
Im sorry to hear that. .ive come to the understanding that were all different and in some cases one hand may be more damaged than another so then may take longer to heal..im suffering from carpal tunnel and waiting to see a consultant..for to see if I can have an op..but still anxious when I read other people's after care..id just keep up with pain killers and do gentle exercises to get thi get things slowly moving ;-)
I've beent told that Physical Therapy is helpful. Can you try that?
What is physical therapy ?
Please do some research to learn about physical therapy. It's really too much to explain in a short statement because it involves different sorts of activities depending on the physical problem.
