I am in menopause I don’t know what stage I am losing weight which is scary my appetite goes and come I have stomach issues scary to eat I only eat twice a day if I eat late I get bloating and feel gasses.
Thank you for answering me, I lost 20lb at the beginning of this in 3 month , (2018) after few month I gained a LOT without any change in diet … I cant be like this anymore 
I am petit and always size S , now this weight makes me heavy and uncomfortable I look like 6 month prego , short and round ahhhh..: its terrible bloated always , double chin , I look ugly … may be if I was taller , would be not so obvious , my kids say I look like bumblebee :)) they think thats cute and they mean positive way but I dont like how I look :(( hope I will loose it somehow!

Are you still gain why I ask because I lost weight in the beginning of this in 2017 gain it back 2018 now I am losing again.
I lost in 2018 and gained 2019 . during covid gained more, now same , not loosing a bit :((
