I am having better feelings with but i really think that I am being branded as incapable as a manager by admitting my treatment (Inc CBT)
I am in fear of losing my job by admitting and taking treatment
its not fair but where can you turm?

Do you have a Human Resource department within work? Is there another manager you could talk to?
Your employers should be more sympathetic, they have a duty of care to their staff in the same way that if you had a physical illness they should be making reasonable adjustments.
are you in a union?
Can you not take medical leave with pay, if so I'd do it! Carol has some good points also.
i took medical leave for a month with full pay. They cannot deny you and if they do, go to the press! You have to be prepared to find another job if you do this though. There is still a stigma atttached to mental illness, even though most companies won't admit it! I once had a very good manager who understood, as he's been on prozac most of his life.
