so ive had pain for months and found out i have a wisdom tooth coming through but just recently the pain has got worse i cant open my mouth properly without pain and my dentist has just retired before i got an x-ray just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms or if my tooth is impacted as a lot of people in my family had issues with wisdom teeth and now i have to get another dentist which is never fun as i really trusted my last one also if anyone has any tips to help pain (besides ibuprofen as i cant take them) would be greatly appreciated
u need to bck to see a dentist to find out whats going on everyones different some people can have alot of pain some people dont get any i think i was one of the lucky ones and didnt experience any pain u would need to go back an have an xray to ensure theres nothing wrong with the teeth themselves and that they are growing how they should be as far as pain relief is concerned ideally u need to take some kind of anti inflammatory as thats the best thing for tooth pain alternatively if u cannot take them u could use co codamol
