I don't dilute it I found a tiny hand sanitizer spray bottle that I emptied Then put the witch hazel in it witch makes it perfect fit work but I spray it on dab it with some toilet paper then apply the aloe
I have not heard about using witch hazel. I use Eucerin (the heavy cream) and if you use it a few times a day it seems to really work. I have had this for a year and it is a really bad case per my doctor. Please post and let us know if the witch hazel works. Thank you and good luck!
Thanks, I've put it in a travel dispenser but thats a great idea for a handbag. I apply the aloe too after. Just started, hope it helps, thanks.
Hi,
I just started to use it yesterday as I noticed many people using it on this board. Fingers crossed, thanks
Is there any downside to using both so frequently? Athena, how long have u ben using thse multiple times a day? Aloe works but am a little afraid to use it long term. What does the witch hazel do..clean and sterilize?
Hi Lyn,
my my understanding is that witch hazel helps rejuvenate the skin and relieve itching. I've only been using it a day, I'm sure one of the other kind ladies can advise more.

I have been using the witch hazel spray for over two years. It helps with sanitizing and soothing...although will sting a little if you are irritated...but is healing. I started using the aloe about 4 months ago and starting advising it's use on this forum as it was relieving the itch and eliminated hardened skin that I had on my clitoris and helped with healing. I have regained all sensitivity in the area and now can sometimes even go a full day without using anything without any issues. I don't do this normally...but on occassion it hasn't seemed to hurt. I also still use the Manuka honey at night...but only a couple of times per week now...just as a safeguard.
Thanks Renee, I hope it works well too x
