Woke up to a weird looking 1cm ring on penis glans. Not itchy, no pain. Almost looks swollen? Are all these smaller bumps on glans fordyce/sebaceous/pearly papules?
Googling only gave me results like Balanitis or LS or similar. But this looks so much less intense than all of those pictures. Hopefully this isn't a wart?
Or is this what it's like getting old?

I do have a cat - never thought about that possibility.
I’m plagued by fungal issues - just finished up lotramin for a small jock itch patch on groin. Have a dry scaly dark patch on my foot which lotramin isn’t helping with much. Cysts for years on thighs, groin and butt.
Going to a dermatologist for the first time ever tomorrow - hopefully we’ll figure it out and I can update here.

they said this is nothing to be concerned about - minor irritation of the glans - not fungal.

I don’t see anything serious. Looks normal.
Avoid soap for a couple of days. Use only warm water to clean your penis glans.

this is the norm for a penis after circumcision or with an open head! no reason to be afraid !!
