yes that is exactly what this looks like. it is is highly contagious so stop shaving and throw out your old razor. do not have sex or masterbate. you need to see a doctor to have them frozen they will then die and fall off
also when you were tested for herpes did you have a blood test? or a swab? swabs are much more accurate if you didnt have that done i would just to be safe.
