Having dark skin really makes an aweful site down there. Imagine your face being scalded and how you would feel. 路
Definitely true, I always feel so self conscious about it!! Sometimes I look at it and get so down about it.
Yes, having darker skin would make it so much more obvious and so much easier to see the scaring and harder to ignore.
You use a very good analogy by referring to imagining if that was happening on your face to make it more real to those who cannot grasp how it feels to see what you see and feel in your own private world down there.
It is such a difficult subject to talk about and can be quite isolating. How long have you had the LS?
@beverly Hello! yes i purchased the castor oil from a health food store. it can also be purchased on line. what i do is wash with Apple Cider Vinegar then i pat the area dry. Waiting about 5 minutes and i put small drop on a finger tip and then moisture the entire area with it. i wash with plain water when there is no out break and use full strength ACV & Castor oil during out breaks. Be sure to pat dry because uou dont want to further irritate that area. I've gone as long as 3 months flare up free. I'm still looking for tiggers by keeping an eating and drinking journal. Stay Strong and remember though LS is irritating it doesn't determine who we are. Keep your crown straight.✌
