so i’ve posted a couple of times regarding a few issues with my throat. i’m now starting to wonder if its due to TMJ disorder…i was diagnosed before xmas, not much was done for it accept given painkillers. but i have a few issues and im wondering if its all connected.
so i basically have health anxiety (which doesnt help matters) and ive been having issues with talking…voice sounds normal but when ive been talking for about 2 mins it seems my voice box becomes tight…like its closing or a band is around it squeezing it!! i dont have a cough etc but my throat starts to feel dry with this. i tense my muscles in my shoulder and neck alot as well as clenching my teeth (hence why i have TMJ) but im starting to wonder if its all connected to this? anyone else experience this? ive just finished antibiotics for a suspected infected throat (dont think it was) but my tonsil is slightly larger on left side, my TMJ is worse with my left jaw joint…but im 75% sure my tonsil has always been that size. any insight would be helpful.
