Hello my name is Jay and been working for a certain charity shop for a year now.
I have been suffering from anxiety most of my life and work have known about it since I have started and still hired me knowing I got anxiety and have been very accommodating until now.
I am still on probation after a year ! Due to a extension. one of the reasons why was because I need to be able to cover shops alone which is causing me great stress and anxiety.
Today I was asked to cover another shop again and expressed that I do not feel comfortable doing so due to covid and the shop in question doesn’t clean!!! Also expressed i feel anxious doing so.
I got my review this Friday and dreading they will dismiss me because of this I guess what I am trying to ask is can my work dismiss me due to my anxiety ?
There’s 4 of us as a team and only one other colleague covers other stores atm not one of the other team covers and I feel I am being picked on a bit.
I am just becoming very anxious about loosing my job and I really don’t want to cover stores right now.
