My anxiety mainly comes from work related situations.I’m overthinking all situations and are very afraid of making mistakes, it can keep me sleepless if I have done (or thinking I have done) a mistake.I also constantly check my emails etc… in other words work is taking over my private life.Any other who suffer mainly from work related anxiety and what have you done about it?
If I don’t have any issues or problems hanging over me at work I will get a good sleep, but if I have any then I will have a horrible night.
