Worms or another parasite? In nose, sputum and stool!

started wit

h nasal discharge from one nostril and then i noticed a consistent shape in the nasal discharge my sputum and stool. I think there could be more than one parasite.

i have multiple worm like specimens feom my stool as well about an inch to two plus inches on length and ive also found some yellow corn kernel looking cytsts as well.

It could a parasite or just food jelly. The doctor will help you get to the bottom of things.
