Since Wednesday I felt a sore throat coming on and then thursday it hit me with my body going hot and cold all the time, a headache, really fatigued (along with hypothyroidism fatigue)..for the past two days ive stayed in bed and I have felt a little better today however this sore throat won't budge. I have white puss on them and it hurts to swallow salvia , food and drink. My neck also hurts so im worries about something serious such as meningitis or really bad infections. One minute I feel dizzy and then the next im okay but with a sorethroat 
Sounds like tonsillitis hun if you've got white pustules. If you've had it since Thursday it's unlikely to be anything more severe but you will probably need antibiotics. Xx

No not yet and since they are closed tomorrow because it's a sunday, i was thinking of going to primary care either tonight or in the morning because I can't wait any longer it hurts so much to the point where I want to cry
That's what I was thinking or maybe strep throat. Forst I thought iit was the flu but the sore throat wouldn't normalky have the White pus
