Worried about bumps on shaft

hello,

i’m really worried about these bumps on my shaft. i saw a practician yesterday but he said that could be yeast infection or warts. But he is not sure. so he gave me treatment for two months. Someone face the same thing ? what could be these things? they are not itchy at all. and no pain at .I’m 26 yo and sexually active. STd test was made yesterday and negatives

he gave me aldara for one month and podollophotoxin for one month

my bf seems to have the same issue but only 2-3 bumps. i’m worried but it’s not itchy for him so he’s still relaxing. are u good now? the std results came out negative?
