Worried about condom failure

Hi everyone, first time posting here.

Last week I went out and ended up back at my flat with a girl. After putting on a condom I started going a bit soft pretty much instantly so we carried on with foreplay with the condom still on, until I got an erection again. Then we had sex with that same condom on.

Afterwards, the condom hadn't slipped off and I didn't notice any tears or holes, but it's not as if I sat there and examined it. 

The day after, I kind of realised that maybe what I did was a little careless, and now both of us are a bit concerned. I was wondering if anyone could advise me on this. Is the chance of the condom failing higher in this situation?

I don't see how why it would be a problem unless your foreplay to get hard again included anything sharp like fingernails or teeth that could have nicked the condom.

I think it's at least 99.9999% certain that you're OK. In the unlikely event that the condom had bust you would have been pretty much aware of it
