Today I woke up feeling my throat tight and I keep gagging but don't really feel sick. I'm panicking like crazy because this never happened to me before and I don't know if this is something serious but I feel so mentally sick inside as I have no idea what this can be but I'm so worried right now about my health. Is this anxiety? My throat is still making me gag and when I try to workout it just seems to be a bit worst so now I have no idea what to do. I'm scared that I might die.
do you have a history of anxiety? The feeling in your throat is very common with anxiety. Sometimes we might not feel anxious but have an underlying anxiety that we’re not even aware of. you can always get a check up with your doctor or even do a virtual doctor appointment to discuss what’s going on. Then your doctor will tell you what’s the best thing to do. Practice some mindfulness breathing meditations to completely relax yourself and see if that helps. I hope you feel better soon. Try not to panic because that will make it worse.
