Take a urine sample to your doctor for testing. You may have a urine infection?
Lots of things can cause painful urination, including not drinking enough, caffeine, and smoking. Depending on how painful it is, I'd probably see a doctor though.as there are some standard urine and urethral swab tests they can have done.
You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
