Worried about rabies, taking over my life.

Hello, I'm worried about rabies. On mother's day I helped my vet tech sister take care of a litter of kittens. They were about 6 weeks old, but was hard to tell since they were malnourished. One of them was dying. We had it wrapped up and it wouldn't stand. We were able to get some formula in it, but only every so often. It kept sleeping, and then when it would wake up we would syringe formula in, which it drank and didn't reject it. It had a wound on its back paw that looked like a puncture wound. I would clean its mouth after giving it formula because we would squirt a decent amount in, so I cleaned it with a paper towel. It wasn't foaming or aggressive. It held it's head up fine when it would. Just wouldn't stand or move it's back legs, it seemed like it's back legs weren't working properly. It's gums were white, so clearly starving or sick. I'm worried because since I was cleaning its mouth with a paper towel that maybe I got the saliva on something and touched my mouth. I did wash my hands every time I dealt with it and it's siblings, but I was also drinking water and touching my shirt. So I'm worried saliva got somewhere. It died that night. It was kept with it's siblings who are still alive and it's been 6 weeks later. My sister talked to her vet and based off of everything said there's no way the kitten could have had it since it wasn't showing classic symptoms and it's siblings are still alive. She said transmission between them would have happened rather quickly, and they were all in a cat carrier together. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be helping my anxiety. I have a tingling sensation on my face where a pimple is and it's freaking me out.
