I've had these dots on my penis for a very long time now (maybe even 8 years) and I thought they are pearly penile papules but now I am not sure anymore. what do you think it is? what kind of doctor should I seek?
They have been very small always, sometimes more noticeable sometimes less. it's very hard to capture them, specially when the penis is erected and only one of them is visible.
They are about 8 in total. first time I thought the big one is a pimple and I touched it, it is very painful if I touch that one and try to press it.
no one any idea?
