This is so embarrassing to post but also I'm too scared to think straight. Warning this may be TMI!
For the last few months I get massive urges to release tension, as they say. I am not currently having or have had any sexual relations in the past. What I've been noticing, is that as my period ends, I really need to masturbate, so I do (note, no penetration involved), fast forward a couple of hours and I notice there's slight bleeding in my discharge I don't think it's left over period blood as it looks quite fresh. I checked my cervix earlier and it felt like a donut (when it always seems to be very flat) and when I cleaned up on some tissue there was blood. The surface felt like usual, just a bit dry but I think that's normal after a period? I don't think I've had this issue when masturbation was involved later during the cycle or I just haven't noticed.
I've had my first smear test earlier this year and it was normal. Now my health anxiety is screaming that was by some miraculous way a false positive.
I made the grave mistake of googling and half of it was all bad stuff and the other half says it's normal in some women. I'm really terrified, my reasonable brain is saying this is nothing to worry about, but fear is fear I suppose. Does anyone have any advice?
