Worried about STD

I had unprotected oral sex roughly a year ago and have thought nothing about it until recently. I have shown no symptoms at all, but I recently have become paranoid about STDs. I want to say I still am showing symptoms but I do not know.

I have been recently cleaning my penis more frequently and I cannot tell if I have just irritated my self or if this is a disease

if you didn’t have any symptoms for a year, maybe it is not a STD. I think you have a reaction to the soap. Try to clean just the skin once a day and the rest only hot water
