From last few days I had a headache and now it is feeling like pinching on upperhead and I am feeling dazyness and feel like vomating( but dosent vomit) I am 17 years old and worried about brain tumor when I read about it on Google

Can you tell me what to do

Don't google. I can assure you that is not a symptom and sounds more like sinus and migraine than anything sinister. Evern allergies can cause that.
