recently got this small circle like spot on the tip of my penis not sure what is and it doesn't hurt much, also I've been having the rashes near my scrotum area for a while but they only appear on the right side, they do heal over time with antibiotics but then appear again on another small area, thinking about making an appointment would appreciate any help.
