I suffer with terrible health anxiety and suffer with a lot of symptoms which I constantly Google. Mnd is always there and I'm scared to death that I feel almost suicide. I have twitches all over my body, and sometimes my limbs make involuntary movements. I get joint stiffness though I have been diagnosed with arthritis. I have muscular aches and sometimes cramps and tingling under my skin like creep crawlies and pins and needles in my hands and feet. I'm so scared I've been physically sick. I don't think I can carry on. I'm too scared to go to the doctor because I'm worried what they will say. I have no weakness.
Sounds absolutely nothing like MND.
You have to go to doctor no scare the will only help

Go to your doctor and get his opinion, that's better than not being sure and suffering from anxiety. I'm sure your symptoms are not related to mnd, but whey worry and not be sure? All the symptoms you described are quite common muscular reactions.
About 27 years ago I came down with an auto-immune disease of some type. Had all kinds of muscle cramps and strange feelings in my flesh. Was sure I had MS or ALS. After a year or so the symptoms dissipated and that was that. Lots of things can cause those symptoms, but get to your doctor and assure yourself it's not serious.

Me to I try stay off my phone but can’t do u ever get a numb like feeling in ur throat like u can’t swallow or as if something is stuck there x
