im worried so the black spots came out if no where 3 days ago and i havent been sexual active. My Penis Head is Dry and has Red Spots as well i went do a depressive episode and didnt shower for a couple days i dont know if that could be why this is happening its painless ans does not hurt when i pee has some slight itching but nothing too bad i do dry masterbate a good amount but i always have why would it be an issue now just really worried it could be something serious
