I had unprotected sex a couple weeks ago and I just saw this on my penis this morning. It doesn’t hurt, the skin is maybe a bit tender but its hard to tell. I have been masturbating with a terribly bad lotion the last few days an am hoping this is just a rash or dry skin from that but I am concerned it might be an STD. Does this look like herpes to you?
