I am 26 and have been in on off sexually active relationships, but not so in the past 2 years.
As a result I am very worried as I masturbate too much maybe 5-6 times a day!! And it's became a horrible addiction.
It making me fear that by doing this my penis might shrink and has became more rough as I a fully circumcised.

Hi A, There a few well documented side effects from over masturbating Memory lost, eye floaters, skin problems hair problems, not getting an erection when with a women, losing your erection before or during sex and penis shrinkage are just some off the top of my head.
I think you drastically need to cur way back to just 3 times a week after taking a complete break for a few weeks, and during that break you do nothing no dating and no sexual contact of any kind, hard but needs to be done.
