About a month ago I just started dating someone new. We have used condoms consistently, but no protection for oral sex. He had a couple of sores around his mouth about 1-2 weeks ago, that he said were just pimples, but now I am thinking otherwise. 2 days ago I had a couple of open sores which I thought were from ingrown hairs, but then yesterday and today there are many more. First pic is from yesterday second is from today. They don't seem like typical herpes, but I am still not sure. They are tender but don't hurt, from what I can tell they were not vesicles and did not pop, when i squeeze them nothing really comes out just a little clear liquid and blood if I squeeze enough, I don't have any crusting either. I do have an appointment later this week with my OBGYN, but was hoping some input could calm my nerves until then!
