Worried to take medicine- Rivotril 0.5 mg (Clonazpam) and Faverin 50mg (fluvoxamine maleate)

I am Indian working in Dubai as a Software Developer since 2000. I was having sleeping issue because I have to wake up early morning around 5 AM to go to office, office timing starts at 7 AM. I was doing some wrong activates, thinking unwanted issues, panic and fear for small and tiny issues. I have consulted Psychiatrist in March 2015, he asked me to make completed blood test including thyroid, all blood test results are positive except cholesterol level, he had prescribed me Rivotril 0.5 mg (Clonazpam) and Faverin 50mg Half (fluvoxamine maleate 50mg), and I am taking these medicine since then. Wrong activates, thinking unwanted issues, panic and fear for small issues are reduced around 75%. I would like to know about these medicine: 1) These medicine have side effects, if there are side effects, what are they? 2) Shell I need to take these medicine lifelong? 3) Are these medicine affect brain, nerves eyes, kidneys? 4) Past three months, I am having pain in my back side of right side head and nerves in my neck, this may be due to these medicine. I am worried about these medicine, please advise me sir?

Clonazapam, Lorazapm, Diazapam and Adavan are all from the same family of sedatives. They calm the onset of panic attacks. Lorazapm and Adivan are popular when they are administered at the hospital. First, google your symptoms.Their are several kinds of disorders you can have and taking the wrong meds could actually make you worse, such as having Bipolar, anti-depressants can make you worse. People who have bipolar can have mixed moods, in control or manic “'depression” So the direction you would go is, mood stabilizers and anti- anxiety meds., not anti-depressants. I’m not sure about the other 2 meds, but they are easy to find online. Just google the med. click, “side affects” You have to remember that they have to list all side affects even if only one person in the world had it. Some symptoms can go away.. You have to be you’re own doctor.. Ask all questions. Don’t be afraid. It’s your health. I’m surprised your prescriptions didn’t come with directions on how to take, other uses, and side affects. You can also ask your Pharmacist. They are very familiar with drugs, side affects and what you shouldn’t take while on other med. There is a lot of help out there. would be leery of side affects that can cause falls. I took several falls. Two of them I hit my head, the second I fell from the 3ed step up banged my hip, hit my head on the wall and broke a rib. I had a hematoma on my hip down to the top of the thigh, a epidural hematoma and the broken rib and wound up staying in the hospital for a week. Everyone doesn’t have the same side affects by this kind of fall strips you of your instinct on how to control your fall. You just go with it and hope for the best. There is nothing wrong with meds life term. People who have diabetes, thyroid etc., live life time taking these meds. That’s why we live longer. Just be smart. I hope this has been helpful and good luck.
