I was told in September I'm post menopausal. Levels were 146. Absent period for 12 months. Out of the blue today I've started bleeding!
There could be any number of reasons for this. The best thing to do is speak to your doctor for advice.
It happened to me after almost 3 years. I had tests and nothing was wrong. If it's only been 12 months, you may not be completely in menopause yet. I know 12 months is the cut off time, but it makes sense that you're just close to that time but not quite done yet. Call the doctor to be sure but I bet he or she won't be concerned.
I think you may be right. This is a full blown period!!
