Do get a idea of what is going on for your penile skin I need a little detail, are you sexually active, if so do you use lube of any kind? Masturbate regularly, or / and for extended periods of time? Again, do you apply anything to your penis during / for masturbation?
The essential is, irritated penile skin is due to what it is in most regular contact with: for most men this is simply down to years of exposure to soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.
Only ever use water to clean with and make sure it is full dried afterwards …
