I am a 19yr old female and I have an embarrassing purple patch on the inside on my anus when i pull it open. I recently tried using a butt plug with my boyfriend (about two weeks ago) and also had an extremely painful bowel movement (around the same time). I assumed it was possibly a haemorrhoid however it is basically a flat, raw-looking purple area. It's not visible without me bearing down and pulling the skin to the side, and the swelling is minimal. I have a little pain during bowel movements now but no blood or severe pain, I am just worried about this because it looks so strange. Please help me work out if I need to see a doctor or not, also do you think it could just be a healing anal fissure?
