A bit of good news, a few days back I got tested for vitamin d and calcium the doc told me about how being deficienct in these, can amplify up all the symptoms of anxiety and other things. So he told me to go get some vitamin d in tablets a take a one of does of 3 to 4 tablets straight up and then two the next day for two days. Also there is a user on here who I spoke to about magnesium supplements please please please go out and get them two supplements. Magnesium is helping me absolutely loads if you take it then great if u don't it's worth trying. If ur not convinced to just a minute to read up on magnesium and what it does in our body and why it's so important, the benefits are massive. Thanks to the guy who made me aware of them if u read the is ever u are thanks man
Are you saying that these two things: magnesium and vitamin d have helped you with your anxiety? I am not sleeping hardly at all and my doctor insists that it is due to anxiety and depression. I am anxious due to lack of sleep, nothing else. She wants me on anti depressants which I don’t want to take. If I thought it was as simple as being deficient in a vitamin or 2, I would ask her for some blood work. Any input or ideas you have is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!
Them two supplements sure have helped with my anxiety, but by no means cured my anxiety, but I don't feel on edge as much and I can sit down read a book or watch a TV program for an hour when I am at my worst I literally can't do that. Read up on magnesium supliment even looking at the benefits it has it for people who suffer from insomnia, and like you I also suffer from lack is sleeping even been diagnosed with insomnia my self but yeah I feel like they help u fall to sleep for the sake of a few quid it's worth it.
No he didn't mention any brand name or anything just said to get any. Probably best to not order of the Internet from a sight that u don't know. But I went to supermarket and they had them there. What country are you from bcoz I got some from Morrisons supermarket
