sorry for posting a similar question but im a mess right now . i cannot function at all . i flushed my sinuses in the shower due to a blocked nose not realising the harm of tap / shower water for brain eating ameoba . i kbow its extremely rare to catch but i dont know how many people are actually forcing it uo there nose - i feel so stupid after being made aware of the dangers . most i read states symtoms show within 5-15 days . if i have no symptoms after this time frame am i considered safe? apparently a lady in seattle died doing what i did but her brain took a year to turn to mush . that sounds so terifying hence why im terified . if anyone can chat with me i would be grateful ?
