So I asked in this forum before that I'm having an anal fissure and the conclusion was to go to a doc. And I was about to but like 1 and a half week ago I went to poop and then felt like huh that wasn't so bad. But there was a tear
tear.
I still constipate and when I poop there is a tear which I feel but smaller than before. I man its been like 2 months but the fissure isn't getting worse. I don't want to see a doc. It would be my last minute resort. So my question is would the fiasure heal if i go along a high fiber easy poop diet?
Plus I started desiring like 4 weeks ago. And before that I just Igmored it. Plus the pain is very less compared to what some people said. In this forum so. Do I have a chance?
I think it's healing.... Os far as how I feel. But there is still a slight pain after I start the Bowel movements. And after I poop there is like that pain but for a few seconds. And when I go out of the toilet there is lile no pain. Also my anus itches now and is that a good sign?
I refer you to my discussion "anal fissure/pile now cured!! If the pain is less then it's healing. Healing cuts get itchy! As far as fibre is concerned don't overload. Take enough fibre but not so much as you are having a bowel movement 4 times a day. You only want to be having one! This gives a period off 24 hours to heal before next movement. Read my initial discussion! Water water water water at every meal. Remember your fluids can include coffee and tea despite the myth this dehydrates you.
Hi, I would say you're okay. No need to see a doc. If you want you could buy yourself some Anusol over the counter that you apply as a lube to make it easier when you poop. Otherwise, keep a good diet and let your body do the healing.
Hi there--
I hear that the itching is actually a good sign of healing. I think the high fiber diet and soft poo will help. I think it is possible for healing, but what I am finding out is that there is no magic formula- everyone is different in all regards. Imagine any large cut, if the edges are jagged an swollen, they will never heal and the skin will never seal back together. See how you go -- if its gettinng better carry on with what you are doing for an extended period, perhaps if the pain emerges soon, go see a dr. I hope you get better!
