had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago, I topped, and he used a toy on me that caused a fissure, the toy was washed before hand, and I also used Nair the night before I had sex on my buttocks but not around my anus. last week I had a bump appear that turned into several. the anal fissure had not healed by the time these started showing up. I included pics from when I first noticed to now.
this does look like herpes.. i would suggest getting it swabbed!
