2 weeks ago i had ankle reconstruction and bone cut out of top of foot to realign big toe with staple through it
In moon boot 7 weeks 24 hrs apart from showering and dressing day and night.
stitches out last thursday was told can get wet today and dressings off to rub bio oil in the scars.
The issue is im on blood thinners for a month and started to take dressings off and the wound is wide open they have not closed over
I started to bleed everywhere i refuse to do the cut double the size due to the smaller one wide open. So i dried the dressing and new ones over the open wound
I noticed prior to taking dressings off i have a red lump which sends nerve crazy beside the wound that is wide open
Any experience this over it already.
Ive made appontment with my doctor to check it as my specialist has operations all morning tomorrow.
