hello everyone i am a newbie i had my first weigh in and lost 5 pounds!!!!
this has given me the motivation to loose more in the next two weeks!!
i just cut out my snacks and reduced the portions i ate. NO EXERSIZE AT ALL!!
now i will start to exercise and see what more can happen.

Well done honey - that is a truly great feeling isn't it!
So.......think what it will feel like at the end of the first month when you have hit the stone mark. Get that body moving, stick to 1200-1400 cals/30g of fat AND YOU WILL DO IT!
Make a promise to yourself that come what may, however long it takes you will at least get to that 14 pound point. Life is long and full of treats so surely you can give up just a few to book yourself the 1 stone feeling on New Year's Day.

Well done!! I have also lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks and am thrilled as having PCOS makes it very hard. So so so so so pleased and motivated. Like you I have done little proper exercise to lose this so off I go to the gym..........

hi thanx all for the great advice!! being a mum to 4 children i think i get good exercise just by running after them! but i have been going out for walks this week and will keep you updated in 2 weeks to let you all know how it goes. :D
just to let everyone know how stressfull this has been as my daughter was going through her 11+ but last week i had pleasure in receiving the good news of my dughter passing BOTH her exams in 11+!! :lol:
