I've noticed that my penis head has been very wrinkled lately. There is a chain of 3 small bumps that are more visible after i have sex with my gf (yellow mark up on picture). Is there anything to be concerned about? Also are the bumps on the shaft normal? I feel like it could be balanitis but if not let me know what it could be. THANKS
