There are wrinkled skin over the glans and it gets peels off often…please help

me but mine seems to be healing now just avoid hot water over it, cover it with foreskin when you bath, clean it with normal water and clean it more often
and you can apply coconut oil or castor oil over it (mine was the same but it is curing now )

Think about what is in contact with the skin on the head of your penis.
For most men a list of things would include soap, shower gel - if the head of your penis is exposed in the shower (or bath) then it obviously has some contact with other forms of body wash such as hair shampoo, or, whatever you apply to your body in the shower / bath.
Then there are things such as Lubes for sex / masturbation, also, men often apply some form of skin moisturiser, as examples.
Often it is not just exposure on a regular basis to simply body wash - soap, shower gel and suchlike - but can become basically anything applied to the penis makes the situation worse.
What you should aim for is to have water ONLY that is in contact with the skin on your penis, and yes, the water should NEVER be hot, even from a shower or in the bath.
I would strongly suggest that the poor quality of skin on the head of your penis has probably been developing the way it is now over an extended period of years - and potentially, since your penis was first exposed to things like soap.
Even if you managed to restrict it to water only the quality of your skin is going to take an extended period of time to repair and heal and to look healthy - I would suggest this is a process that could take several years, you will get an incremental improvement - but you certainly would not get particularly noticeable change, even over an extended period of months
